You know it, you love it, so come on out for it, last year we had a tragic event the week before the show in the loss of our dear friend and his family and we only had a few attendees, this year we can roll out as in the past, of course we will still be missing one of our greatest members and friends Sully so lets get out in he and his familys honor as he would have been here with us enjoying the day, the people and the cars.... Show info can be obtained at www.rhinebeckcarshow.com... It's that time again, come to Rhinebeck, ny

Yup ~ I'll never think of Rhinebeck again without remembering Tom. This was the final event he prepared his car for, the night before the fire. He spent the final day of his life detailing his Z for this show.

Those who have never attended a Rhinebeck show need to do it at least once in your lifetime. It's a real event. Literally THOUSANDS of cars and trucks of all descriptions, parked in several vast shortgrass fields, about 100 vendors selling every possible thing 'automotive' related (good place to pick up spare parts), pretty girls (OK, some weren't all that pretty, but they were all nice), and probably every Z-head you've ever met. Tents to keep you out of the sun, bands to play music, food from every nationality in the USA, and members from every Z car club in the Northeast.

It's a happy event. If you haven't attended, you should. It's like a state fair for cars.

Tom, my sorry computer won't open that link. What's the admission cost this year?

Frank

Hey Frank, I checked the link doing a google search and the first item up on the list is the show site, or check Filipe's link, either way will get you where you want to be....... General adm is $10 bucks, show entry in adavnce is 10, day of is 15, think i'm heading up on Sat. again this year,,, Post up if you want to assemble again in the Market street parking lot prior to entering, 8:30 am would probably be a good time... Tom

I hope you guys had a great day. I couldn't think of a better day weather-wise. Surely, "Sully" had something to do with it. I did take my freshly polished 240Z out for an early morning bittersweet stretch, to reflect on last year. I had to cut my drive short to join my family for some celebratory events. Hope to see you all soon.

Hey Dave, was a gorgeous day with hundreds of cars, only Z showing was Toms 280Z28, Mike and I were there, he had his Mustang and I had my BMW...... there was a V8 280ZX for sale in the car corral for $3500 or B/O..... looked decent and would probably go like He[[ ,,,

I'm sorry that I miss you all once again! I did enjoy the nice weather though and spent part of the day working on my Z, so it wasn't a total wash! Did anyone get pictures?
