Congrats to Ross and Alan.
While I know some of those who rec'd awards could someone
please post a summary of club members who to prizes and what they were?
I'm sure CTZCC was well represented and did very well. It would be nice to see a summary.

Regards Frank's comments on our website, he's correct in singing its' praises. This is a place to connect, find information, get help and actually have an opportunity to get together. We are very lucky. Thanks.

6 firsts,
2 seconds, and
2 thirds!

I'd say we did very well, indeed!

Thanks Ross. Now I can congratulate all who took home an award and
those who were able to make the trip to represent the club and show off their personal effort to keep this great marque on the road.

They probably felt insecure sending photos to a real club photographer!

P/S ~ Ross, I think it's priceless that you let Graham accept the award for your BP. He'll never forget that, and will grow to appreciate what made you do that. Someday he'll tell his own kids about that.
Nice work, Daddy.

I'm searching for the email address of Terry W. Vollnogle, who showed an outstanding 90+-point 1970 240Z at the ZCon car show on Tuesday.

He lives in NH; does anyone know him? Can you PM me his email or give him mine, pleaZe?

thanks,

Frank T

Looks like Terry must have moved; I last had him as living in Grand
Rapids MI. BTW the car is VIN #03212, a close cousin of your #02807,
and "born" in the same month, 4/70. FWIW.

WOW.
I counted at least 15 names of CTZCC members who took home awards from this year's ZCon. What great work!

And I was blown away by Jeff Mader's 1972 240Z scoring an incredible 299 out of possible 300 points! Don't know who you are Jeff, but I sure wish you were one of our members!

Also unable to determine what establishes "Gold Eligibility". Thought it was a score of 280 or above, but then I saw two categories of cars which scored above that but were still ineligible.
Can anyone help me undrstnd what the requirements are?

Great work, everyone.

Frank

Looks as though the cars that were above 280 and were not eligible for gold were newer cars. I wonder if that has something to do with it.
