Golden Retriever by that name.) Since air freight of a Z Car to France
would be way out of our budget, may we take you up on your offer of
assistance? (No, I wasn't going to ask you to foot the bill, only to see
if you had any information on how to convert a Z to an Amphicar!)

The offer is more than ever valid. I am thinking of a nice outing like Le Mans classic 2012 in ... a Z.
Who would be interested by this trip like that:
We meet at Paris Airport. We take you to Versailles or near but a place on the road to Le Mans. Then if it's a late flight a night in a Hotel or if it's an early one... you take the key of your private 240/260/280Z or ZX for the week-end. Don't expect pristine Hertz rental cars but reliable Z/ZX ready for the trip.
Then the trip to Le Mans begins, arrival to the track, beer an BQ, sleeping in our private Z club campsite (50 meters from the track, beer, walk around (we do know our way around ) beer, BQ, beer or wine. If we have a car running we may sneak in the pit . We could book track pass for those wanting to do a few laps on the track. Since last year it's more a "spirited parade" than a track day. But for some reason our Z have a tendency to go very slow for the first kilometer then of course we have to catch up
We guarantee memories for a life time and it's addictive, beware!

So to plan this like it should be, I need to know who's in to find enough cars and book the campsite. 2012 is today!!!!!

We could plan a suite for the week after or maybe an "entree" fro the week before if you wish to stay longer!
