Anyone interested in joining up for breakfast and/or caravaning to our Fall meet at Ross' house, leave a message. I'm thinking of meeting at a Diner in Rocky Hill around 8:30 right off exit 24, and leaving by 9:30. I can just see it now. A flood of Z cars commandeering the highway down I91 to the Merritt. What a sight of colors to out do the trees!! Let's do it guys. Greg.

if i lived closer i would. but maybe I can join the caravan when you get close to stratford.

I'm in the Wallingford area too (Southington), but my wife and I will be dropping our little girl off at the granparents house in North Branford. Assuming that the caravan will be heading down I-91 South to I-95 South, I can meet you guys somewhere near the 91-95 transition area in New Haven. Any suggestions? We'd love to be part of the Z-train!

The thought was to take I91 to the Merritt. See if you can hook up at the North Haven - Wallingford stop To be determined by anyone from the area. Greg.

Sure thing - we can swing back up that way.

I have never joined a car club before. I have a 350Z "04' Blue convertible that I just bought 7/3/10. I have owned Nissan's before but this is my first Z of many to come. I just love it so far. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone soon.

I'm always up for a breakfast out Greg, but I will be leaving earlier to help Ross prepare for the day. I'm the head lawn raker!!

The rest stop at North Haven or Orange on the parkway would be a good meeting place. BUT! I'm not sure which one is open. Either North Haven or Orange is closed for renovation. They're only a few minutes apart so 9:50-10:00 would be fine at the "open spot"

I took a run to MIL's in Fairfield and confirmed the southbound North Haven rest on the Parkway is closed for total renovation. The Orange rest is 13 miles or minutes south and has some parking. It shortens the "parade" a bit but makes things simple. No on and off the highway.

Another thought is the commuter lot at Parkway exit66 in Wallingford. The lot is just north of the highway, across Rt5 from the new Sonic (where the Yankee Silversmith used to be). It's an easy off and on.

Why not head north on the parkway and double back to the southbound Orange rest stop? I can meet you there. There may be others. I plan to be there shortrly before 10:00.
