Our next club meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 14th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at:

American Auto Stop
273 Clarks Falls Rd
North Stonington, CT 06359
(Right off Exit 93 of I-95)

Chas Mazzola, a new friend of the club has generously agreed to host us at his facility and will provide oodles of parking and discounts on food (cost will be picked up by club).

The Agenda will focus on hanging out by our Z's, checking out the facility, updates on future club events and a special presentation by Paul Jensen of the history of the Nissan / Datsun brand.

Hope to see you on the 14th!

Sweet! Thanks Chas! I'm working that night but because it's so close I'll be able to make it.

I'm looking forward to this! Another chance to be with our Z brothers again.

I intend to bring my camera and can show a few minutes of video footage of the great Z Car Club of Rochester All-Japanese Car Show this past weekend, including an in-car video of our antics on the Watkins Glen International Raceway course ~ IF they have a big TV screen there we can use.

Tonight will be important. We will discuss this weekend's 3rd Annual CTZCC Z Car Show, Bryan's Autocross on 08Aug, and the Bob Sharp Lime Rock Park escapade on Sat/24July, and Thor Link's upcoming visit from Germany/picnic/monthly meeting on 04Aug. Also, this will be the last meeting before the big 2010 Z Convention in Nashville, which several of us are going to at the end of this month.

Lots of news to be shared tonight ~ DON'T MISS THIS ONE!!! :D

Z y'all there!
Frank

We'll be there in our 330-Z, 5-speed Pathfinder this time.

Just got back from the CTZCC July meeting held in Stonington this month. Though the weather kept the attendance down and most Z's were safe at home, there were still plenty of Z stories to be told!

Thank you all who attended and special thanks to Chas Mazzola our gracious host and to Paul Jensen who provided a very interesting history of the Datsun / Nissan manufacturing brand.

Here are the pictures from tonight's meeting.

Great pictures Phil! I especially like the Z that drove by on the road outside that had the "Model T" body kit on it. It was an enjoyable evening, the highlight of which was Paul Jensen's presentation on Datsun / Nissan.

I agree; Paul gave a superb presentation. I can hardly wait for the 2nd
(and 3rd, and 4th........) increments. There is only one problem: now I
want to try to get one of those REAL EARLY Z's. The 1917 and the 1935
looked especially appealing..................
