Anyone interested in forming a "Z Train" down to the first monthly meeting? I live in Southington and would be interested in meeting up with any of you guys from points west (Waterbury/Danbury area) or North (anywhere north of Middletown, where I would pick up Rt. 9).

Let me know if there's any interest, and we'll set up a location (or locations) and time to meet. It would be great to cruise down Rt. 9 with fellow ownerZ, especially considering that the weather is supposed to be great :D

I'm leaving early, since the officers are responsible for setting-up. This is a good idea tho, and there should be several members near you (or along your route) who you could join up with.

The drive along I-95 is wonderful once you get past Branford traffic, and the highway dumps you only a few short blocks from the marina.

However you get there and whomever comes with you, this will be a lot of fun and is NOT to be missed! BRING YOUR CAMERA!

Our loyal member Mike always shows up early with the "CONN Z CLUB" sign and posts it in a conspicuous place. It always serves me as a friendly reassurance that I have successfully navigated thru the "wilds" to find my Z brothers and sisters.

Z Guyz ~ bring your ladies. This is a family-oriented Club and we are always cautious to keep our meetings and events clean and user-friendly. Some of the strongest friendships in our Club have developed among the "Z-Wives" and so far, this has made our events very attractive family outings.

PLEASE LEAVE YOUR DOGS AT HOME. This is a common-sense issue which regrettably needs to be addressed. Some people have phobias and altho you see your pet fido as a lovable, friendly, happy addition to an outing, others don't. And if you ever mix two unfamiliar dogs at the same event there is the possibility they will not got along, and we don't want any of our events or meetings marred by a dogfight.

Plus, the marina is the territorial stomping grounds of "W" (aka "Z") the cat, who doesn't need the competition, and he has asked us not to invade his space with dogs.

....and when you reach Sunrise Ave, please mind the 20 mph speed limit to the Marina at the end of the street. Pull straight into the Marina and drive around to the right. See you there!

How about meeting over by the mall (Westfarms)? Say, at the Target parking lot? How does that sound, Ramin?

If anyone else is interested coming from points west, you could meet me closer to my house (Southington) and we can go towards Westfarms from there. For anyone else, we could stop anywhere down Rt. 9 and you could join us.

Let me know soon - 24 hours till the meet....

Target parking lot ~5:30? I have to pick something up after work and then I'll head down there (I'll be in the black 350z).

Anyone else?

Madlarkin- Do you want to meet me at my place in Southington (near the Aquaturf), or do you want us to come get you a little later on?

I just looked at my to-do list, I should be able to escape out of here without issue. I will meet you guys at the Target :)
