Well I had a blast! It was great to get to know Ross on the journey to and from PA. Getting to ride in a 350z was exactly how I thought it would be. Lotz of fun! I hung out with Paul jensen most of the time at the show and was great listening to all of his stories. A great turn out of Z's and also some crazy looking German cars. Plenty of volvo's, bmw's, opals, honda's, isuzu's, porsche's, etc etc etc. I want an Opal GT. Also gained respect for volvo's. Awesome awesome time!!!!! Thanks Ross for letting me ride shotgun! Hey even got my Z a marker light I needed. :D

Glad to have you guyz back safely ~ sorry I couldn't go with y'all. How was the weather? Phil was only about 40 miles north of you and I heard from him a couple of times today, saying he couldn't establish Comm with Ross, just down the road.....

Did the crazy German cars include any of those tiny Messerschmidts or any BMW 507s?

And everyone knows why you want an Opel GT: (and this one sold for only $10,000):

It was an awesome show with lots of participation from many area clubs. Mike T. was a great co-pilot and I enjoyed spending time with one of our most enthusiastic new members. It was also great to hang out with Paul Jensen, Gary Tylinski and Sal Imperato from MA.

I will post pictures shortly.

Ross....did you notice the white 240z with R.I. plates and a CTZCC sticker on it. I was there 8 am Saturday only and stayed till 5, saw your car but not you guys. I was mostly out in the show entertaining my step son, this was his first big show and he learned alot about import cars. It was also our first trip together and a good bonding for us. I'm just glad he had a good time, for I was feeling a little remorse for going under the circumstances, but felt in my heart I was doing the right thing, my thooughts and prayers were with Colin the whole time, God Bless. P.S I know where a black Opel Gt is. (junkyard project), If you want to downsize to a 4cyl 1.1 engine.

Yes, Paul. I had seen your car but couldn't find you! Oh well. Glad you enjoyed the day.

From Mike Roth:

Here are the picture links for the 1st Annual East Coast Nationals at Carlisle PA. The show was a big success with more than 75 z’s making an appearance. Thanks to Tom Yadanza for taking the time to put this all together on both Utube (slide show) and classic z cars (stills). our members.
