Mike E ~ are you talking about the two metal slabs which hold the bumper to the car, or something else? I looked at my favorite 240Z parts car at the junkyard Friday ~ are these the bars you need for your bumper?

Paul Machin... The covers which I am refering to are the airconditioning modules (maybe not) that are covered by plastic. These plastic covers are about 1 square inch by 2" in heighth... The are on the battery side, pretty close to the battery, and the plastic is just old and yellowed and cracking... Does this make scense? Thanks Jim

Sounds like the fusible link covers. Do they just cover wires? If not, I'll have to look and see. Pics. would help if possible.

Just a reminder - If you want to donate a part for tomorrow's Fall Outing, please bring it with you and put a tag on the item that states the year, model, and your name.

We will have a table set-up for these new and used Datsun / Nissan parts that are FREE to club members.

The rules:

* You MUST be registered as a club member to pick an item from the table. This means that if you have a discussion ID but have never officially registered, you must do so prior to the event. Registering is free, easy and confidential. Just click the "join our club" link on the homepage (www.ctzcc.com).

* One pick per club member.

* First come first serve.

* You must take your item home with you. My wife will have a serious conversation with me if I "store" any more Z items in my garage.
