We need someone to work with Bob Sharp on planning a caravan for the Lime Rock Park outing that is scheduled for July 26th. All you need to do is establish the origin and way-points of the route (calculating how much time is required between stops) publish the route on this forum and manage any logistical issues that arise during the drive up.

If you are interested in doing this, please PM or e-mail me at ross@ctzcc.com.

Thanks, Ross

July 26th: Lime Rock Park Outing - Lakeville , CT

For all those ready to quit your day jobs and become professional race car drivers, Bob Sharp will speak about his experiences on the track and tell you what to avoid!. This will be an informal gathering of Z cars - participants will not race.

I could help with the mapping if I new the start point, but I won't be attending the event.

Thanks Barry. I appreciate the offer of assistance. Every time I think about this task your face comes to mind as someone who knows how to do this and does it well. I basically need the "Barry" of CT to step up and volunteer to do this. It would be good to identify someone within the club that enjoys this type of planning so that we can rely on them for future events. Ideally it is someone that will be attending thiss event. I would do it myself but the car show is the prior weekend and I have committed that I will be available to the family this weekend. Thanks for the offer of assistance - let's see if someone volunteers and you could help them with how to do it.

Any takers?????
