On Wednesday, May 14th, we will be having our next club meeting at 7:00pm at Nissan Darien, which is right off Exit 11 of I-95 in Darien, CT. – about a block from the Northbound side of the highway. If you are taking the Merritt, Exit 37 is best - then take Mansfield (Rte 124) into Darien and head south (right) on the Post Road, go under the I-95 overpass and dealership will be on your right.

This will be an informal get-together and pizza and drinks will be provided. This will be a great opportuntiy to network with other Z owners and learn about upcoming activities of the club.

Hope to see you there! Ross

I plan on leaving from Old Saybrook about 5:30 - 5:45 if anybody in the area or passing by wants to caravan to Darien. Meet at Exit 69 (Comfort Inn). I'll post directions if there is interest.

CARAVAN with you? Forget it, Keith ~ I've seen pictures of that Z32; who could keep up with you!? I'd have to leave early in the morning just for us to arrive together!

Frank,

We can do a slow roll, parade pace style...with flashers on. I'll take up the rear as not to over work some of the classic z's that are heading down. Maybe we shoudl leave at 5pm.

I don't think I've seen pictures of your Z yet... Post them up when you get a chance.

Also might I suggest we all spend a few moments at the start of the meet putting the faces with the rides out the parking lot during the daylight. Would love to get a closer at the member rides.

Keith

Frank,

I just caught and read you post about your Z and saw the photos on members rides. Looks great, can't wait to see it in person.

Keith

Yeah, Keith ~ mine is the "Weird Blue" 1970. I don't know WHAT the previous owner was thinking ~ he must have got the paint for free. It looks like a color I painted my storage shed! (It's actually Mazda Miata Blue).
And the "Spaceship" Centerline wheels look like they're going faster than the rest of the car. OH well, all that will chage a$ $oon a$ I can make it happen.
My Z is the oldest individual car I've found in CT (and many other states) and hasn't a Snowball's chance of keeping up with you unless you leave your Speedbrakes deployed.
