Unfortunately, I am not able to attend tonight's club meeting. I am playing caretaker for my wife who had hip replacement surgery Monday. I was hoping to make it, but I don't feel comfortable leaving her. I was looking forward to it.

Hello everyone,

We had our last meeting of the 2023 Zeason at Executive Nissan last Wednesday, good attendance and great hospitality from Executive as always!

We missed some of you, notably our past president and founder Ross Williams who TBTG is recovering from surgery after a motorcycle accident - see other posts - and Phil Parent who was also unable to attend after his wife's surgery - we wish them both a speedy recovery!

We went over some of the highlights of the season - the car show at Lime Rock and the Thompson fun run - and talked about better communication to prevent another low turnout meeting - 9/20 at Grossman. As always, we encourage everyone to check regularly our upcoming events forum, and also perhaps other email options - stay tuned!

Also reported on the latest merchandizing - Josh Parent has been working on our first batch of new hats (with the current CTZCC logo) but they were not ready until the end of October. Stay tuned to an announcement for that.

I want to thank everyone that attended our meetings and other events - it has been a fun and informative season - I always learn something talking to our members - and look forward the 2024 Zeason!
