First, I'd like to wish all of our club members and sponsors a happy, safe and healthy Holiday!

Reflecting back on 2021, I would hope you would agree that 2021 was a tremendous success, especially given the Covid situation we are all having to endure. Our club hosts at County Line Nissan in Middlebury, Executive Nissan in North haven and Miller Nissan in Fairfield provided us with the hospitality, food and facilities to allow us to once again gather together to get re-acquainted, share our old friendships, meet new members and enjoy our precious Z cars. We can't thank them enough!

We were also able to take a few Z trips and events which included a Cars and Coffee event in Wallingford, a scenic ride through Reading and Bethel, laps at Thompson Speedway, attend the Gathering of the Marques at Lime Rock Park and finally attend the Car and Vintage Aircraft Show in Stratford. All these events were well attended. Not too shabby in my book.

We are now working on next year's events and look forward to getting any RECOMMENDATIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE to help make next year's events schedule as much fun as the 2021 Zeason was. Please continue to monitor the "Upcoming Events" forum on the club website for updates on club news and events.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Thanks Mister PreZident, and thank you (again and again) for stepping-up to take the reins for our 2021 Zeason. I appreciate it and I had a great time with all the events you planned.

PLEASE keep up the momentum and let us know how any of us might help you out in 2022. Considering the Covid restrictions causing the shorter-than-usual Zeason, you managed to give us an outstanding year together in 2021.

A standing ovation for you, and yes, a very Merry Christmas. Love those Z cookies!

HoHoHo!
Frank T

Thanks for the update John. It is amazing to me how after a period of dormancy, the club came roaring back last year. A sincere and very heartfelt "thank you" for your efforts to make this happen. And since I will undoubtedly miss someone's name -I'd like to just generally thank those folks that helped John last season. You know who you are!

Despite moving to RI, I plan to attend as many 2022 CTZCC meetings and events as possible.

My only suggestion is: Let's keep it simple so that our new leadership doesn't burn out.

Post those Fun Run's (I'll coordinate one in RI for those within close proximity).

I think if we can replicate last season it will be a great success!
