I just was reading the TV listings for tonight (DECEMBER 29, 2020) and found this:

MOTORTREND Channel has "Wheeler Dealers" working on 1990 300ZX TT. Also... another episode titled "TR4 On the Floor".

Two hours of fun! :D :D

A Happy, Healthy and Safe New Year to all. ZZoom.

Hi Howie! Good hearing from my fellow Long Islander!

Yep, I caught that episode also.

It sure is easier working on the 300ZX TT when the engine is out. Those are one of the most cramped engine compartments I've seen in any car. Loved the work done on the TR4 motor. This was the exact car and color that I lusted after while still in high school  . I caught Ant making one brief miscall on his first look at the TR4, mentioning SU carbs, then later on correctly calling them Solex's.

I do like this show because Ant and Ed China, (in the earlier episodes), at least give some, if not all of the detailed mechanical work needed to restore these cars. Both of these guys certainly have some mechanical and fabricating skills while also pointing out some of the cars problem areas. They also tend to have cars featured on the show that I am more interested in, and this episode was of course one of my favorites. There are certainly enough car shows aired now to satisfy all types of car enthusiasts. :)
